It is pointed out that the ‘tip of the tongue’ phenomenon, which occurs during the elicitation of native language words with very low frequency manifests a number of features similar to the phenomena characterizing the process of learning Bulgarian as a foreign language. The wrongly rendered words are compared according to the various degrees of phonemic proximity with their correct counterparts</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
